Mantis (Cyprus) Ltd closes yet another successful year (2009), in spite of the global economic crisis

Nicosia, Cyprus – December 15, 2009

Mantis Cyprus, Mantis’ subsidiary in Cyprus and the undisputed leader of SCM solutions in the local market, has signed during this last quarter of 2009, several contracts with major Cypriot businesses for the provision and implementation of Warehouse Management, Fleet GPS Teletracking and other SCM solutions. Among these projects were the following ones:

Socrates P. Kyprianides Ltd, one of the major wholesale suppliers in Cyprus of stationery, paper, office equipment, IT & media supplies, batteries and flash lights. The project included the provision of Warehouse Vision (the WMS arm of Mantis’ Logistics Vision Suite), as well as of Fleet Vision, Mantis’ real-time GPS teletracking and management solution (powered by e-TRACKtm). Warehouse Vision will be implemented in SPK’s new Distribution Centre to be ready in late 2010, while Fleet Vision, already in operation, manages the company’s existing fleet of vehicles.

KAZOULIS Global Logistics Ltd, one of Cyprus’ major Logistics Services Providers, has chosen to complement its new modern facilities in Limassol and Nicosia, by adopting Mantis’ Warehouse Vision with all the add-on modules required in order to effectively manage its 3PL clients’ supply chains. In record time, Mantis Cyprus’ logistics consultants have implemented the WMS system at Kazoulis Global Logistics for two major international 3PL clients/depositors (the first dealing with telecom equipment and the second with athletic apparel).

GAP Vassilopoulos Express Logistics Ltd, the well known transportation and logistics services provider in Cyprus focusing in B2B with pickup and delivery courier services. The project included the provision of Fleet Vision with interfaces to existing “CyBeton” order processing application thus providing real-time data of each order’s status within CyBeton (e.g. In Transit, Waiting, Unloading, Returning to Plant, etc).

UNILEVER P.M. Tseriotis Ltd. The project included the provision of a computerized maintenance management system (AIMMStm) that will provide a structured and effective management of the preventive and corrective maintenance operations of the plant’s manufacturing lines, as well as of the in-house kept spare parts.
